FitCoach App Review

FitCoach App Review

I’ve been using the FitCoach app for a few months now and have been impressed by its ability to help us keep track of my fitness goals.

It’s easy to use, has a wide variety of workouts, and is available on Android and iOS devices.

You can create your workouts and save them, making them easily accessible later if you need them again.

Many different types of exercises are available in the app, from yoga to weight lifting to cardio.

The workout plans might not be perfect for everyone, but they’re great for beginners looking for something simple or intermediates who want something more advanced than just running on a treadmill (which is what most people do when they start working out).

Is FitCoach a Good App?

FitCoach is a great app for anyone who wants to get fit and healthy. It has a wide range of exercises, from cardio and strength training to yoga and Pilates.

You can choose from three plans: beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

The app also offers nutrition advice and tips on what foods to eat to keep your body healthy.

Is FitCoach Worth It?

FitCoach is a great app for people who want to get fit but don’t have the time or money to join a gym.

The app delivers personalized workouts and diet advice, so you can get into shape while saving money on gym fees.

The program is free to join, but there are paid options as well. The free plan offers access to one of three workouts per week, plus diet tips.

If you’re looking for more than just the basic plan and still want to get fit without spending too much, you can upgrade to a paid membership plan that offers access to all workouts and special offers from FitCoach.

The workouts are very simple. The app gives you an overview of each activity before it begins and then tells you how long it’ll take (usually 15-20 minutes).

You can choose between running, walking, or strength training routines depending on what type of workout sounds most appealing at the time.

Each activity consists of several sets of different exercises (like squats or lunges), so there’s plenty of variety within each session.

Does FitCoach Work?

  • Personalized workout plans that are tailored to each person’s fitness level and needs
  • A detailed breakdown of each workout so that users can see exactly what they need to do to get in shape
  • Information about how long each exercise should take so that users know how long they should be working out for each session
  • The ability to create a custom workout plan based on your preferences

Does FitCoach Cost Money?

You can purchase a few add-ons to get more out of your experience, but it’s worth it.

  3. I am a 61 year old female with no interest in subscribing to a keep fit app. For some reason this company managed to get my bank details and took money from my account. Thankfully I noticed and although I did not get a refund my bank has stopped them on 3 occasions since trying to deduct money from my account.
No legitimate company behaves like this. My advise is to steer clear of them.

  4. The App charges are not accurate. I just saw that I was charged 59.99 to renew a subscription for the app. I first tried to use the app around March a year ago but couldn’t because it was hard for me to use on my phone and I tried but couldn’t get it on my desktop computer. It’s impossible for me to workout with my phone in my hand so I didn’t use the app. I couldn’t mirror the app on my TV because of the incompatibility between my phone and TV. I deleted the app but would have used it if possible. I requested a refund for the renewal fee but FYI be aware of these charges if you don’t notify them to cancel subscription in time.
